Fairfields Nursing Home – a design and build turnkey Nursing Home for an associate company where all statutory approvals including Planning Service, Roads Service, RQIA, Building Control etc were obtained prior to commencement and on completion of the fit out and approval by Health Estates prior to occupation by the new patients. The original 32bed home was extended to 70 beds in 2007 in only 9months while the Home was fully operational.
